You not only have to contend with a medical condition, but are asked to plow through dozens of confusing forms, letters, invoices, statements.   It can take hours and you still have problems getting people to listen.  Disability insurance problems can also make matters worse for you.  In each of these situations, you may need qualified help.

The Patient's Advocate, Mary Jane Stull, will work for you in a number of ways to tame the Insurance nightmare that is threatening to sap your strength.  She will collect your bills, whether they are in a shoebox, a folder, or whatever, and will sort through them, contact insurance companies and medical service providers to pave the way for full recovery of insurance benefits you deserve.

Organize endless bills, statements, claims forms.

Present your 'shoebox' full of paperwork to the Patients Advocate.  She will organize it, discard what is not needed, keep what is, and identify what needs to be paid, and what needs to be contested, and what should be filed.

Appeal denials of claims & incorrect payments.

Once everything is in order, she will work for you in attacking any denials of claims, or  incorrect payments you may have made.   This includes calling the insurance companies, the medical providers, etc.    But she will be armed with the knowledge of how they operate, how they talk, and how to cut through the obstacles that they can put in front of you.

 Write letters to get results.

If necessary, she will write letters, file claim forms, escalate with the insurance companies and medical service providers, etc.  to make sure you are getting what you are entitled to.   She knows who to contact, how to approach the subject, and when to persist.
